Our Rules and Policies

We want you to have fun and have fun safely!

  • Must be 25 years of age or older to rent a cart
  • Must have a valid driver’s license  and insurance

  • Deposit/Payment: 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon cart drop off
  • Cancellation Policy: Must cancel at least 48 hours before to get your deposit back. Anything before 48 hours before, deposit is forfeited.
  • Operating Business Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST Monday – Sunday
  • Drop off Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST Monday – Sunday
  • Damages: Customer is responsible for any damages to golf cart
  • Flat tire: Customer is responsible for the cost and service fee for a flat tire
  • Roads: 
    • Golf carts must adhere to all rules and regulations of the roads
    • Golf carts must be driven on roads that are 35 mph or less
    • Golf carts can not be driven on the actual beach, sidewalk or bike paths
    • No reckless driving
    • No driving under the influence of any substance or alcohol
  • Golf Carts can be decorated as long as it doesn’t interfere with the rules of the road and doesn’t cause damage or permanent modifications
